Case Study: Prohire - Fleet Management

Established in 1997, Prohire provides specialist contract hire, repair and maintenance, rental, accident and fleet management solutions throughout the UK. Prohire have invested in a custom software solution that delivers enhanced quoting capabilities across all areas of its business.

DBL has been working with Prohire since 2015, ensuring that its IT infrastructure has the scale and pace to meet the current and predicted growth of the business.

We have developed a software upgrade to enhance quotation and order processing, including the ability to link to credit checking facilities. It also feeds into Prohire’s main IT infrastructure system for seamless accounting.

Prohire has also gained greater flexibility through two portals, one of which improves the provision of information from suppliers. The other is a customer portal, which gives commercial vehicle operators secure access to the documentation required to prove compliance with industry regulations and is especially beneficial to businesses operating multiple sites.
