SCI first approached DBLogic in 2011 to create a system to track claims requiring sampling of asbestos. Since then the system has helped SCI grow and expand into other areas of the insurance claims process.
As the preferred contractor to some of the country's leading loss adjusters, disaster restoration, and insurance companies, SCI are specialists in asbestos claims management, contents and textiles validation, restoration, and salvage recovery.
A major element of the system is the handling of potentially contaminated textiles for restoration. DBLogic has worked in partnership with SCI to develop a bespoke system that enables traceability to track all garments via embedded barcodes.
