Injectaplas are a manufacturer of specialist wheels and castors who are set to improve business performance after investing in a new purpose-designed IT system.
Injectaplas opted for a bespoke CRM, order tracking, and invoicing system from DBL in 2006. Now the company is benefiting from our next generation system, which will help it to grow volumes as it builds its business across the food, retail, furniture and transport sectors.
With improved control over order processing, stock control, and materials purchasing, which helped to deliver key efficiencies, Injectaplas saw turnover double between 2006 and 2010. The software also supported growth by enabling managers to focus more on business planning.
